June 2000 - Present

Oklahoma Honda-Suzuki
Operations Manager

My duties remain much the same as when General Manager with the exception of spending more in the parts department. I take care of all the paper work, keep track of returns, orders, inventory levels, shipping and receiving, parts flow to customers and the service department, and make sure the customer gets taken care of.
I also maintain the company web site, make updates, changes, etc.

June 1997 - 2000

Oklahoma Honda-Suzuki
General Manager

My duties at Oklahoma Honda-Suzuki were to coordinate work and communication between sales, parts, and service department as well as customer relations, organize marketing plans and activities to promote the dealership.

Some of my other duties were to maintain the dealership web site, opening and closing the dealership as necessary.

July 1994-June1997

Hunzicker Brothers Electrical Supply Company
Started at Oklahoma City branch of in the warehouse stocking shelves and pulling orders for customers.

Transferred to the Edmond branch where duties expanded from stocking shelves and pulling orders for customers to warehouse organization, opening and closing for business, making sales calls to customers either by phone or in person closing out the cash register and making daily deposits.

From Edmond I was transferred back to the Oklahoma City branch into the quotations department. My duties were to read electrical blueprints varying from small buildings such as churches, stores, and nursing homes to larger multi-story buildings and structures such as hotels, motels, schools, hospitals, government buildings and others.

After gathering the information from the electrical prints I would submit the information to different manufactures and suppliers for pricing after which I prepared a quote for electrical contractors who were bidding on doing work on these jobs.

When successful I would then make submittal forms for the contractor who would in turn submit them to the job owner for his approval. When the contractor was ready to order the material I would place the orders for drop shipment to the appropriate job location.

Transferred to inside sales where I received phone calls from electrical contractors regarding electrical supplies as well as assisted outside sales personnel.

August 1990- July 1994

Metroplex Electric
Purchasing agent and warehouse manager.

My duties as a purchasing agent and warehouse manager was to research, locate, and purchase electrical supplies as needed for warehouse stock and service vehicles. I was also responsible for the organization and stocking of inventory in warehouse and service vehicles.

Some of my other duties included opening and closing for business, scheduling and dispatching service calls, computer data entry, merchandise returns, keeping maintenance records and logs on all vehicles, making sure uniform service supplied correct number and clean uniforms for each employee, and making sure the appearance of the building, lot, and service vehicles were at their best.

1976- August1990

My duties at this time ranged from parts and service counter help, sales, answering telephone, computer data entry, fork lift operations, stocking shelves, and various other duties relating the dealership The last four years of employment with Oklahoma Honda-Suzuki were as General Manager.
